The School of Allied Health Sciences at Walailak University implements Strategy 3 of the
university policy to deliver academic services and community development objectives in a
sustainable way. The purpose is for the School of Allied Health Sciences and the university’s
Centers of Excellence to arrange academic services and promote collaboration among local and
international networks through the mechanism of international conferences. We invite Thai and
international experts to give lectures to create professional knowledge, keep up with modern
knowledge, and build inspiration for the conference participants, as well as to build collaboration
in various aspects of pedagogical research and development. The conference provides the platform
for research presentation and knowledge exchange among researchers and interested people.
Moreover, there is a research presentation contest for postgraduate students, the general public,
and undergraduate students in the medical technology and physical therapy programs.
The SAH International Conference 2023 is going to be held on March 25, 2023 in 5
meeting rooms with the following sessions:-*
1. Research Excellence Center for Innovation and Health Products (RECIHP)
2. Center of Excellence Research for Melioidosis and Microorganisms (CERMM)
3. Hematology and Transfusion Science Research Center (HTSRC)
4. Movement Science and Exercise Research Center (MOVE)
5. MT professionals
In addition, the SAH International Conference 2023 provides opportunities for
undergraduate and postgraduate students inside and outside the country to give research
presentations in two aspects: oral presentations for undergraduate students in a 5-minute talk
format (prerecorded video); and a virtual conference following Covid-19 prevention measures.
